How long will it take?
Each machine is cleverly designed to exercise more than one body part at the same time, so just 2 or 3, 30 minute sessions per week is all it takes to see great results.

Is Tone Zone like a Gym?
No, fitness fanatics are not allowed. Tone Zone is a small, cosy centre where you can exercise at your own pace and capabilities, relax unwind, socialise and meet new friends, while receiving personal attention and encouragement from Anna.

How do I join?
No need to join at Tone Zone. We have several different options at Tone Zone. You can pay for and individual session, book a course of 10 sessions, buy a weekly pass or take out 12 months membership.

Are there any reasons why I can not use Powertone?
Whilst the tables are suitable for teenagers through to the elderly, we do recommend that you seek approval from your GP prior to using the tables ifyou are pregnant or if you suffer from any of the following: Physical disabilities History of cardiac problems High blood pressure Back problems Arthritis Neck injuries

What shall I wear?
Some comfortable trousers that are easy to move in without zips, studs, etc, i.e. not jeans. A loose top ro t-shirt. Remember to bring socks with you as shoes are not allowed on the tables.
