Wear loose, dark, comfortable clothing in case there is any excess solution on the body when you dress.  Don't worry as the solution is water soluble so should wash out of most clothing. It is up to you what you wear during your tanning session.  A bikini or dark underwear is ideal. After Tanning: The Solglo tan develops in 6 hours, so it is not recommended that you shower bathe or complete any vigorous excercise within this time.  The maximim potential colour develops within 8-10 hours. To keep your tan as long as possible (up to 7 days depending on skin type), you must moisturise your body twice daily.  Moisturising your body leaves the skin feeling soft and smooth, whilst maintaining your Solglo tan. Soap and shower gel can dry the skin which will cause the tan to fade at a much faster rate.  Make sure you use a moisturising body wash when you shower or bathe. In order to prolong your tan, reduce exfoliation to once weekly as this process removes the skin cells, so your tan will fade at a faster rate.
