The first easy stage is not designed to get results, the main aim is to get the whole body used to exercise.
Easy start...
Gradual progression - slight increase each visit - so slight most people don't even notice. By the end of the first programme you are now capable of 2 to 3 times the amount of exercise as when you first started but it won't be taking any more time and effort.
The reason is as the exercises have progressed, you have progressed with them, getting fitter and stronger. With regular visits and this gradual increase, something good has got to happen!
